Guide to LEI code application form

The process for the application is simple, just follow the steps below:

Enter your company’s registration number or name, select the jurisdiction where your company is registered, choose the relevant contact person, and click “Next.”
On the next page, confirm the information retrieved from the official registry and select the number of years you want the LEI to be managed. Click “Next.”
On the following page, fill in the blank fields regarding the payer and complete the payment. Your LEI application is now in progress.
We will submit the data for validation, when accepted the LEI number is sent to you by e-mail.
If we cannot verify the data with the local authorities, we will contact you to get additional information so the application can be approved, and the LEI issued.
